I urge all Franklin County Democrats to vote for Glenn MacNeill for district attorney in their party’s primary this Thursday, Sept. 10. DA Andy Schrader hired Glenn years ago as his assistant in the north end of the county. Glenn aggressively prosecuted driving-while-intoxicated cases there. DA Derek Champagne made Glenn his first assistant district attorney, and Glenn succeeded Derek as acting district attorney last January. Glenn won a guilty verdict in a recent murder trial out of Saranac Lake. Glenn’s long experience as a trial lawyer makes him the better Democratic Party candidate for Franklin County district attorney. Polls are open from noon to 9 p.m. Democrats, please vote. Thank you.
