‘A Very Electric Christmas’ Wednesday at LPCA

LAKE PLACID – The Lake Placid Center for the Arts will light up the holidays with a special presentation of Lightwire Theater’s “A Very Electric Christmas.”

The performance, which’s live on stage, but in complete darkness, will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 20 at 6 p.m.

Tickets are $10 in advance by calling the LPCA Box Office at 518-523-2512 or online at www.lakeplacidarts.org, or $15 at the door.

Audiences of all ages will witness this tale of family, friendship and hope set to timeless holiday hits including Nat King Cole, Mariah Carey, Tchaikovsky and of course a few surprises a long the way.

Performed in complete darkness, this creative storyline features Nutcracker soldiers with candy-canes, naughty rats, an electric Christmas tree surrounded by presents, glow worms, dancing flowers and other creatures that light up the stage.
