Showcasing the music of Cole Porter in Keene Valley

KEENE VALLEY — A dynamic quartet from America’s oldest summer vocal training program is bringing a special concert devoted to the music of Cole Porter Sunday, Sept. 15, at 4 p.m.

The Seagle Music Colony early fall review will be held at the Keene Valley Congregational Church. The Seagle Colony is an opera and musical theater producing organization in the Adirondacks, based at Schroon Lake.

Singers Alicia Russell, Katarina Galagaza, Anthony Rohr and Thomas Lunch will be joined by pianist Neill Campbell. Their review consists of highlights from some of Porter’s most dynamic creations, including “Too Darn Hot,” “Night and Day,” “So In Love” and “Brush Up Your Shakespeare.”
