The Wild and Scenic Film Festival Aug. 15 at LPCA
LAKE PLACID – The Wild and Scenic Film Festival will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15 at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts.
The Wild & Scenic Film Festival focuses on 10 films that speak to the environmental concerns and celebrations of the planet.
Ticket revenues, sponsorship, merchandise sales, and beer and wine sales are all used to fundraise, as well as increasing awareness and possibly membership to the Ausable River Association.
Admission is $20 per ticket, which can be purchased at the LPCA ticket booth, on the LPCA website, at Origin Coffee in Saranac Lake, or at The Mountaineer in Keene Valley.
