LPCA brings back ‘A Very Electric Christmas’ Dec. 19

LAKE PLACID – The Lake Placid Center for the Arts will light up the holidays with a special presentation of Lightwire Theater’s “A Very Electric Christmas” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19.

The performance takes place live on stage, but in complete darkness.

Tickets are $10 in advance by calling the LPCA box office at 518-523-2512 or online at www.lakeplacidarts.org, or are $15 at the door.

Performed in complete darkness, this creative storyline features Nutcracker soldiers with candy-canes, naughty rats, an electric Christmas tree surrounded by presents, glow worms, dancing flowers and other creatures that light up the stage. This tale of adventure, friendship and love centers around a young bird named Max who gets separated from his parents while flying south for the winter. The show brings a whole new meaning to coming “home for the holidays.”

Starting at $19.00/week.
