KEENE VALLEY – The 23rd Annual High Peaks Arts and Antiques Show will take place rain or shine on Marcy Airfield Saturday and Sunday.

Show times are Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

There will be food and music while participants browse vintage Adirondack books and memorabilia, rustic furniture, collectibles, art, and unusual finds in one of the finest shows the area has to offer.

The show features an original screen-printed clothing line by Taproot Threads, intricate cane work, rustic bed frames, and chairs by Sapling Rustic Furniture, and fused glass art by Jodi Downs of AusableRiver Designs. Clear Creek Weavers displays hand-woven baskets as well as antique tools. Woodpile Woodturnings features beautiful, yet functional woodturnings.

Berube Botanicals offers all-natural soaps, balms and body scrubs as well as nature-inspired jewelry. Wildernesscapes Photography offers glorious depictions of The Adirondacks’ natural beauty. Silver Bench Jewelry displays handmade chains and original jewelry creations in Sterling Silver.

Mike Rivette offers live forging and knife-making demonstrations. Completely Claudia displays her vast array of talents in weaving, silversmithing, and more. She will be spinning wool while displaying her wares, a valuable addition to the festive, rustic atmosphere.

Adirondack antiques are presented by Rum Trail Antiques, Antiques and Uniques, IO Books, Sisson Farm Antiques, and Livingston Books, who also display a wide array of vintage Adirondack postcards and books of local interest.

Talented local musicians such as Compass Rose, the Karen Baker Trio and more offer music.

The farmers market joins the field on Sunday offering a feast of organic and naturally grown produce as well as meat, cheese, bread, coffee and confections.

There is free parking and no admission fee for attendees.
