TUPPER LAKE — A multi-hour standoff ended on Saturday in Tupper Lake’s Junction area. The standoff was met with a heavy law enforcement presence, including armored vehicles and members of the State Police Special Operations Response Team, according to several images that were posted of the incident on social media.
