Health care professionals unite

More than 200 health care professionals from nine North Country counties and beyond convened on Sept. 21, in Lake Placid for Adirondack Health Institute’s 9th annual Summit, Population Health in the Rural Landscape, to explore population health issues, with a particular focus on those impacting individuals in rural areas.
