Local skaters earn medals in Cicero competition

Local skaters from the High Peaks Skating Academy, based in Tupper Lake and coached by Amy Payton, recently competed at the Skate Challenge in Cicero on March 14 and 15, while earning multiple medals. The High Peaks Synchro won gold in their competition, while Elizabeth Kivlen also won gold in her event. Myla and Edie Lalonde, who won gold and bronze in their groups, as Madelyn Leblanc also claimed a gold and bronze.
