The Skating Club of Lake Placid’s Crystal Edges synchronized skating team smiles with their gold medals at the Empire State Winter Games on Feb. 8 in Lake Placid. The team, which is in its first year and competed for one of the first times, won the Aspire 1 Group B division and skated to the KPop song Golden. They beat out the teams from the Skating Club of Central New York and the Potsdam Figure Skating Club.
