We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended and supported the Thomas Shipman Youth Center on Saturday, Aug. 30. Attendees enjoyed a variety of offerings, including cuisine from local restaurants, live music featuring talented area artists, carnival-inspired games, a bouncy house and slide, face painting, balloon art, caricature drawings, live reptiles, and an appearance by Tony the two-toed sloth.

Palatable Pepper Products showcased a selection of locally produced jellies, hot sauces, and seasonings, while Hex and Hops Brewery provided a range of beers, complemented by offerings from the Waffle Guy.

Finally, we wish to acknowledge the dedication of the entire board of the Shipman Youth Center and the Director, whose commitment and hard work were instrumental in making this event a resounding success. Balancing professional and personal responsibilities, they ensured every detail was addressed, honoring Dmitry’s vision of community engagement through music, food, and fellowship.
