As the echoes of laughter and cheers from the first North Country New Year fade into memories, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support and enthusiasm that made this event an unforgettable celebration. We want to express our deepest thanks to everyone who played a role in bringing back Saranac Lake’s cherished New Year’s Eve tradition and transforming it into the magical experience that was North Country New Year!

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team of NCNY volunteers who selflessly gave their time and energy to ensure the smooth execution of every aspect of the celebration. Your enthusiasm and hard work did not go unnoticed, and the event’s success is a testament to your collective spirit.

We extend our gratitude to the town of Harrietstown, Saranac Lake village, the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism (ROOST) for their unwavering support and collaboration. The synergy among these organizations was instrumental in bringing the North Country New Year to life.

Special recognition goes to our generous sponsors, Cavu Adirondack Cafe, Explore Adirondack Frontier, the First Night Committee, Saranac Lake’s First United Methodist Church and Saranac Lake Rotary Club, without whom this event would not have been possible. Your commitment to our community is truly commendable, and we are grateful for your invaluable contributions.

Thanks to the Belvedere Restaurant, Green Goddess Natural Foods, and Lakeview Deli for their generous support in feeding our dedicated performers and volunteers. Your contribution added an extra layer of warmth and hospitality to our event.

We also want to thank the venues that opened their doors to the festivities, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all.
