Why doesn’t Spectrum televise Carnival events anymore?

Regarding Spectrum:
I am writing regarding the Carnival parade. Not everyone has the ability to stream, and there are those like me who cannot attend the parade due to age, health reasons or other disabilities. If you can stream, why can’t you televise it so all could enjoy? You also used to televise the Coronation, which was great.
