To the editor:

I am writing to get the word out in Clinton and Franklin counties that we are in great need of families to foster parent. You can be certified in a reasonable amount of time, and I will work with your schedule. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child who truly needs you. When we are unable to place a child, they get sent to counties farther away, or end up in group homes or other facilities. These kids, our kids, may need a respite, or a longer stay. Many are free for adoption as well.
