History has given us 100 years of what socialism and communism does to a country. Liberals and Democrats have chosen to willfully ignore these lessons.

Since the liberals (i.e. Democrats) have lost the presidency and both houses of Congress, we have been hearing with ever-increasing clamor how “unfair” the Electoral College is and how it should be abolished.

Now that it looks like the vaunted “blue wave” this November will turn out to be little more than a ripple in a mud puddle, we have liberal editorials calling for the elimination of the office of the presidency. Most sane people recognize this for what it is, the rantings of childish people.

The liberal left is recognizing that the people of America are wising up to the lies the liberal left has been foisting on them for decades. The liberal left is terrified that black Americans and Hispanic Americans are leaving the Democratic Party and actually thinking for themselves.

It is precisely because the liberal left is losing so much power and is seeing their base flee their failed policies that they have ratcheted up their vitriol against make-believe fascists and the 20 or 30 fools who still follow the whole white supremacy shtick. It is precisely because they are losing seats, losing influence and losing power that they desperately want to put into place a system where they can control you with an iron fist and force you to abide by their whims.

Socialism — and, yes, fascism — are the tools they seek to use to arrest the economic freedoms we currently enjoy. The liberals realize that when people have economic freedom, they are impossible to coerce. You cannot force them in to reliance on the government, when they have no need for the government.

So the liberal left has for the last 50 years, worked diligently to create an entire class of people wholly dependent on the government for sustenance and relative well-being. They have systematically made it so these people are locked into a socio-economic no-man’s land, where attempts to exit result in fines, penalties and castigation. They have indoctrinated people to accept welfare as a right rather than as a gift. This demeans not only those receiving the welfare but those that have to provide it as well.

The liberal left and progressives have just about destroyed the nuclear family in the black community through the use of benevolent social programs. By penalizing women for having a bread-winner in the home, and for doling out more money for more children, the Democrats have by design created a system where it is economically more feasible for the woman to throw the man out after conception to safeguard her “free money.” This can be statistically proven by comparing the number of unwed births in 1965 to the number of unwed births today. In 1965 in the black community, 24 percent of childbirth occurred outside of marriage. Today that number is over 77 percent and climbing.

Why is the nuclear family important? Why have the Democrats, liberals and progressives been working diligently to eradicate it in the minority communities? Research has shown that children raised in single-parent homes are much more likely to drop out of school, run into trouble with the law and, most importantly to the progressive cause, go on welfare. A nuclear family, where the father is engaged as well as the mother, has statistically produced children who are more emotionally stable, academically proficient and economically productive in society. These are people who do not need a handout and have been raised with pride a sense of self-reliance — two of the things the left is trying to eliminate.

The left knows that even with the welfare class growing, there are always going to be strong-willed people in this country. These are the people who will not partake of welfare and are people who are proud, hard working and patriotic. These people are never going to be controlled. Hence they must be minimized or eliminated.

The only manner in which the left can accomplish this is by dividing Americans. Create division based on color, religion, race, economic status and political affiliation, anything that will enable them to isolate, demonize and nullify one group at a time. They do this by discouraging patriotism and encouraging anti-American sentiment anywhere and everywhere they can, from refusing to stand for our national anthem to refusing to say the Pledge of Allegiance in school. They further discourage feelings of patriotism by the teachings they foist upon our children in schools these days. Our children are no longer being taught; they are being indoctrinated. American exceptionalism is being taught as a bad thing and something to be ashamed of. This is a result of liberal leaning educators taking over academia.

The liberals know what they are doing. It’s time the rest of America WAKES UP to what they are doing and puts our foot down.
