This photograph was taken 120 years ago this month. This young boy is George Francis Leis, Jr., just after his third birthday. He was born to Marie and George Leis, Sr. and was raised in Saranac Lake. George Jr. graduated from Saranac Lake High School in 1920 and went on to study at Brown University.
