John Pattno

He was the son of Elizabeth and Francis Pattno. John graduated from Au Sable Forks High School in 1959. Later, he attended SUNY Canton where he majored in business administration. After college, he joined with his father in the family business, H. Pattno & Son, dealing in furniture, home appliances and propane gas. Later on, he invested in real estate and apartment rentals.

John loved sports and played on the basketball team in high school. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed his camp in Silver Lake.

He is survived by his brother Michael, cousins Debbie and Noel Stewart and family, and a special friend, Susan Sunderland and family.

There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial was be celebrated on Monday, Sept. 12 at Holy Name Church with burial followed at Holy Name Cemetery.

Services were entrusted to Heidrick-Zaumetzer Funeral Home, 3 College St., Au Sable Forks.
