Ernest Hough III
Services were held for Ernest Hough III, of Lake Placid, who died at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
Mr. Hough III was born Nov. 8, 1946 in Lake Placid. He is the son of the late Ernest and the late Laura (Pelkey) Hough. He was predeceased by his wife, Susan Kaltenbach Hough, on July 31, 2014. He was employed by the Town of North Elba.
A celebration of his life was held on Saturday, May 28 at the American Legion Post 326 in Lake Placid from noon to 4 p.m. Memorial contributions in Ernest’s memory may be made to Mission 22 or the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. The M. B. Clark, Inc., Funeral Home in Lake Placid is in charge of arrangements.
