Milton J. Wechsler
Milton Joseph Wechsler passed away peacefully on Aug. 12, 2021 at the age of 95.
He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 69 years, Marilyn, their four children, seven grandchildren and many dear friends.
He was a WWII Army veteran who served in Europe. After the war, he graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and worked as a civil engineer, an architect and a real estate developer.
Milton would call Belle Harbor, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Haiti, southern Florida and Connecticut home but he was happiest in his beloved hamlet of Loon Lake in the Adirondack mountains. Donations in his memory may be sent to Saranac Lake Free Library, www.slfl.org.
