Joyce Tower Strong

She was employed at Mercy Hospital in Tupper Lake and then at Adirondack Medical Center for many years.

Joyce is survived by her one and only son Scott and Jane Tower; her daughters: Gloria and Peter Zera, Debbi and Kurt Shaler, Diane and Mike Charland, Bobbi Green, Joanne and Ahmed Seyam.

Joyce was predeceased by two husbands, Robert Tower and Charles Strong, one daughter, Sherry, and one granddaughter, Carrie.

Joyce is also survived by her sister Carol Gladd, a son-in-law, Corkey Ormsby, 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Joyce was very loved by her family and all those who knew her, and she will be missed greatly. We will miss her laugh and generous spirit and kindness to all.

Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will take place at the convenience of the family.
