WILMINGTON – On Saturday and Sunday, the weekend-long, Bavarian-style celebration of Oktoberfest – with authentic music, dancing, food and beer – will return to the Whiteface Mountain Ski Center.

From noon to 8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, there will be fall family activities.

New this year is a fireworks show at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

A two-day festival ticket plus gondola ride is $35 and includes a 1-liter Stein and first beer fill (available online only).

A one-day ticket for either Saturday or Sunday with a gondola ride is $20 (available online only).

A one-day admission pass without gondola ride is $16 for adults, $10 for seniors or free for juniors.
