LAKE PLACID — Fans of luge and home maintenance projects have a chance to win a Massey Ferguson GC1725 tractor with a loader and backhoe. USA Luge is raffling off 500 chances to win the compact tractor, with the proceeds benefitting its athletes and programs.

The tractor is being donated by Eklund Farm Machinery, one of the largest Massey Ferguson dealers in the Northeast. Both companies are sponsors of USA Luge.

The Massey Ferguson GC1725 is an all-around machine for homeowners and property owners alike. It is a powerful and easy-to-use compact tractor featuring a 24 HP engine, over 650 lb. rear lift capacity, more than 850 lb. maximum load capacity and over 75 inches of backhoe digging depth. It can handle a wide range of everyday tasks and is compatible with attachments like a mid-mounted mower, snow blower, box blades, rotary cutter, tiller and pallet forks.
