SARANAC LAKE — North Country Clean Energy Hub is hosting a workshop to teach about energy efficiency tips that can save money, as well as the benefits of New York state’s Empower+ program. The workshop will include information about how buildings lose energy, strategies for energy efficiency, reading and reducing energy bills, and energy programs and incentives. North Country Clean Energy Hub and Cornell Cooperative Extension Energy Advisor Louise Jensen will also offer one-on-one assistance to any homeowners or tenants interested in applying for the Empower+ program.
