SARANAC LAKE — The state Department of Environmental Conservation on Monday announced temporary closures of the Lake Flower and Lake Placid boat launch sites over the next two weeks for routine maintenance and cleaning.

Lake Flower will close today through April 27. Lake Placid will close May 8 to 12.
