SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Lake Village Department of Public Works plans to close several parking lots for sweeping, painting and patching on various days this week.

The DPW will start with the parking lot off of Dorsey Street, which will be closed Wednesday starting at midnight.

The lot beside Berkeley Green, on Broadway near Main Street, will follow on Thursday.

The lot at 3 Main St., beside the police station, will be closed Friday, with an alternate date of Monday.

All vehicles will need to be removed from these lots by midnight on its cleaning day, or they will be towed at the owners’ expense.
