VERMONTVILLE — State Police are requesting assistance in a search for a Vermontville man who left home early Monday morning and whose family is concerned for him.

Kevin R. Meade, 31, left his state Route 3 residence on foot at 3:30 a.m. Monday, and that was the last time he has been seen, police said. He was wearing a black hooded “onesie” and brown winter boots and carrying a black backpack. He also wears eyeglasses.

State Police say Meade’s family members have concerns for his mental welfare.

Meade is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds. A photo provided shows him with a brown beard and blonde hair on the top of his head.

Anyone with information is asked to call State Police at 518-873-2750.
