LAKE PLACID — New York State Police charged 23-year-old Lucas C. Tzivanis of Syracuse with 10 counts of first-degree attempting to disseminate indecent material to a minor, a class D felony, after he allegedly send “numerous photos and videos containing sexual content to a minor,” police say.

State Police in North Syracuse arrested Tzivanis at an unknown time on an unknown date. He was arraigned in the town of North Elba court and remanded to the Essex County Jail in Lewis in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He’s scheduled to reappear in the town of North Elba court at 10 a.m. on Sept. 24.
