SARANAC LAKE — The Harrietstown Republican Committee will hold a caucus at 6 p.m. tonight in the basement of the Harrietstown Town Hall.

Only Harrietstown residents enrolled in the Republican party will be allowed to participate. The purpose of the caucus is to select the party’s candidates for the following four-year terms:

≤Supervisor.

≤Councilor (2)

≤Clerk

≤Highway Superintendent

≤Justice

Anyone wishing to be considered for party endorsement is encouraged, but not required, to send a letter of intent to Joe Spadaro, chair, 462 Lake St., Saranac Lake, NY 12983.

Nominations from the floor and/or by letter of intent must be seconded from the floor. Final selections will be made by paper ballot.
