POTSDAM – T.J. Toyota, located on state Route 56 in Potsdam, has announced that in 2019 it plans to donate a portion of all vehicle sales and service each month to a local charity.

T.J.s will kick off its Community Giving Calendar campaign this month with a donation to the Family Champions of the North Country, a one-stop-shop for low-income families to obtain household essentials, clothing and furnishings, located in Tupper Lake.

The initiative is a way to say thank-you to its customers who shop locally for their vehicle needs.

The dealership wants to give back to some of the important causes in St. Lawrence and Franklin counties as a way to pay-it-forward and as a show of gratitude to those T.J. Toyota customers who live and work in those communities.

The hope is that the campaign generates excitement each month as they reveal what local charity will be the recipient of the T.J. Toyota donation, and that it will have a beneficial impact on the community which the charity serves.
