Phoebe Burns, Holly and Mickey Healy recently opened Base Camp Cafe and Camp Cocktail located at 2488 Main St. in Lake Placid (adjacent to Starbucks). They also own Simply Gourmet, ’dack Shack and Big Mountain Deli & Creperie. Base Camp is a cafe specializing in gourmet bagels and bagel sandwiches made with the high-quality, fresh ingredients during the day.
