LAKE PLACID — Agency Accelerate, a business management, operations and marketing consulting business, has opened in Lake Placid. The firm offers custom solutions for businesses and agencies to extend their operation and meet the changes and challenges of businesses today. Agency Accelerate offers strategy, planning and common sense approaches to establish or renew processes or systems as well as marketing consulting and creative services to inspire and engage audiences.

Owner and Founder Darcy Norfolk established Agency Accelerate to support marketing agencies and local and regional businesses in the community, which she is passionate about.

Prior to Agency Accelerate, Darcy worked with a local marketing agency for approximately 10 years. She moved to Lake Placid in 2003 and carries more than 20 years of business experience and marketing experience, combined with organizational and management skills.

Prior to moving Lake Placid, Darcy received her MBA and worked in marketing and technology roles including a year in Tokyo, Japan in mobile computing product and business development.
