Coldwell Banker Whitbeck recently hired several real estate agents to join their team.
Steven Bearce, Madison Ketcham and Jemell Ellis-Branch will be working out of the High Peaks offices in Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake, and Melinda Smith, Jody Cross, Jason Greer and Kelli Gottschall will be based out of the Plattsburgh office located in Boynton Square.
“We are pleased to welcome seven new Realtors to our family,” said PJ Whitbeck, real estate broker and co-owner of Coldwell Banker Whitbeck. “It’s perfect timing, as we are seeing inventory starting to pick up after a slow start to the year.
“Our agents are provided with top-notch marketing and negotiating tools to ensure their sellers and buyers are informed about their real estate choices and decisions,” Whitbeck added. “Now more than ever a well-educated Realtor is a necessity, and we make it a priority to give our agents the tools they need for a smooth transaction.”
All but Madison Ketcham and Jason Greer, who have been in the real estate business for some time, completed their state and local requirements earlier this year, earning them the Realtor designation.
