The Ecumenical Council of Saranac Lake recently received a donation of two checks from the Saranac Lake Interfaith Food Pantry to help fund ministries of the Council. One check was for $10,000 and is for Samaritan House which has had several recent unanticipated expensive repairs. The other check is for the Grace Pantry which has seen steadily increasing costs of operation over the last year.
