TUPPER LAKE — Tupper Arts is once again encouraging all textile artists to submit their pieces for a two-week arts show and sale titled “Totally Textiles.”

Opening on Oct. 14 and continuing through Oct. 28, the Tupper Arts Center will be filled with all things needlepoint, quilting, crocheting, and everything in between.

The Totally Textiles coordinator, and avid quilter, Beth Johnson, is excited for the event to return to the Tupper Arts Center at 106 Park St. She refers to the gallery event as “one of Tupper Arts’ most visited and loved exhibits.”

The last time the show was held at the TAC was in the winter of 2019-2020, and it included the work of more than 25 artists, mostly from within 50 miles of Tupper Lake.

“Walls and tables throughout our gallery were used to display all of the items, with something to appeal to every taste,” Johnson recalls.

Registration for this event is still open until Oct. 8. Artists who would like to participate should visit Tupper Arts’ website at tupperarts.org, where they can find the link to sign up. There is a sign-up fee of $25 due at the time of registering.
