Thanking Gerald Bruce

Wilmington’s town council presents recently retired town Clerk Gerald Bruce with a plaque/clock at the board’s monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 9. Bruce worked for the town of Wilmington for well over four decades, primarily as an assessor and as the town’s elected clerk.
