Shirley’s on a mission
Shirley Hosler, center, is given an award by the Zonta Club of the Adirondacks, represented by Jesse Cochran, left, and Nicole Bureau. The club had planned a dinner, pre-COVID, at which to present Hosler with the Zonta Club Recognition of Service and Excellence Award. They presented her with yellow roses and a certificate.
