NEW YORK – John B. Huttlinger Jr., CPA and owner of Adirondack Audit Company Inc., has been chosen to serve as vice president on the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Board.

His one-year term began June 1.

Huttlinger is currently a member of the Society’s Small Firms Practice Management and Executive committees. He is currently vice-president of the Society’s Adirondack Chapter and has served on the Chapter’s Executive Board.

In the past, he served as the Adirondack Chapter’s representative on the Society’s Board and was a member of the Executive Committee from 2009 through 2011. He also served on the Society’s nominating committee.

Huttlinger joined the NYSSCPA in 1992, is a member of the Adirondack Chapter, and resides in Lake Placid.
