For their efforts in knocking on doors and collecting electric bills in the Saranac Lake Central School District, the Green Storm Environmental Club of Saranac Lake High School was presented with a check from Apex Solar this month for $550. The partnership continued through June 10. Anyone who would like to help the Green Storm and get a free Solar Assessment is encouraged to call Jeff Gray of Apex Solar at 518-578-9036. Shannon Bartholomew, sponsor of the club, was quoted as saying, “We are super excited to use these funds to further our efforts here at SLHS.
