WEST CHAZY — The Saranac Lake volleyball team suffered a 3-0 loss to the Beekmantown Eagles on the road Tuesday. The Eagles won by scores of 25-20, 25-13 and 25-23.

Sophie Czadzeck paced the Red Storm with a triple-double, recording 17 assists, 12 points, 10 digs and two aces.

Saranac Lake’s Rori Chenaille-Schenk also had a solid outing as she had a team-high 21 digs, to go along with her eight points, three aces, two kills and one assist.

Up next, the Red Storm, which dropped to 11-5 overall, were slated to wrap up the regular season at home on Wednesday against the Lake Placid Blue Bombers. Saranac Lake topped Lake Placid 3-0 earlier this season.
