SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Lake volleyball team suffered a 3-0 loss to the Plattsburgh Hornets on Thursday. The Hornets won by scores of 25-23, 25-18 and 25-21.

Lexie Donaldson paced the Red Storm defensivly with 24 digs. She also added six points and two aces. Saranac Lake’s Sophie Czadzeck contributed with nine assists, six points, five digs, one ace and one block.

The Red Storm, which dropped to 2-1 overall, will travel to Champlain today to face the Northeastern Clinton Cougars at 6 p.m.
