The state Olympic Regional Development Authority had a soft opening for its new Mountain Pass Lodge at the Olympic Sports Complex in late December. The lodge — complete with a rental shop, gift shop, clothing store, cafe, lounge and outdoor decks — is open to the public now after being under construction for months.
