I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the Saranac Lake Fire Department for their incredible support, calm presence, and professionalism during what felt like a very scary situation at my business. As a small business owner, discovering a potentially dangerous heating issue was overwhelming — but the steady, reassuring response from our local fire department made all the difference.

It’s easy to forget, in the rush of daily life, just how fortunate we are to have people who serve our community with such grace, grit, and dedication. What may have seemed like a small call to them was truly monumental to me.

Thank you for showing up, for keeping us safe, and for embodying the heart of what makes Saranac Lake such a special place to live and work.
