To the editor:

I am deeply grateful to the Saranac Lake Volunteer Rescue Squad and to the emergency room staff at the Adirondack Medical Center for helping me so quickly after my bike accident. Their care was efficient and reassuring.

I also want to thank the third floor medical staff, whose nursing care was superb, and Dr. Hill for taking such good care of me. My every need was met with understanding and cheer. In Saranac Lake, we are lucky to have these professionals standing by ready to assist.

Last but not least, thanks to Bob Z., Willy Nilly’s and passersby who helped, as well as to friends who have offered their valuable support while I recuperate at home.
