Women’s College Scholarship Club wishes to thank our community for all your wonderful support of our recent fundraiser at the North Country Community College Craft Fair. We thank NCCC for providing us the opportunity and space; special thanks to Jerrad Dumont, NCCC athletics facilities manager, for organizational and logistics help, along with the NCCC student volunteers for assistance throughout the day. Thank you to Dunkin’ Donuts for the gift of donuts, and to Sodexo at Paul Smith’s College for the loan of equipment. We are so grateful to SLCSD Key Club volunteers who assisted us by delivering lunch orders to the craft fair vendors. We also appreciate the publicity and promotional help we received from the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and the Adirondack Daily Enterprise. And we are especially grateful to all the folks who supported our mission to award local scholarships through your purchase of our raffle tickets, baked goods and food items.

Thanks to all of you, the fundraiser was a huge success and we hope that local students will apply for upcoming scholarships. Application forms for June 2024 scholarships will be available in May. Graduating seniors should apply through the Saranac Lake High School Guidance Department. Adult Continuing Education students can obtain application information on our website: www.slwcscholarshipclub.com. Scholarships are awarded to both male and female students; they are applicable to college, trade school, technical and other non-traditional programs.
