Do you have old photos of the building of the Ice Palace from 1950s or before?

Last year, the Winter Carnival committee introduced the History Hut/Gift Shop, which was located at the boat launch parking lot on River Street, adjacent to the Ice Palace.

The History Hut has photos and memorabilia from Carnivals past while the gift shop sells our buttons past and present, posters and other Carnival-related items.

If you have any photos of the building of the Ice Palace from Carnivals long ago, we would love to see what you have.

We are always on the hunt for old Winter Carnival buttons to assist with our fundraising efforts.

A recent donation of 97 buttons was just received from the family of Lena Wigger. We greatly appreciate this gift and thank Cathy, Marybeth and Marie for their generosity.
