To the editor:

The Bloomingdale Food Pantry’s stock is very low. Over the past few weeks, I have refilled it multiple times using monetary donations and within days, it needs to be restocked again. Obviously this reflects a great need within the community for a full pantry. In addition to this, I have noticed that there have been minimal donations of goods directly to the pantry. I ask that if you are able, please consider dropping a few items at the pantry in front of Hex and Hop in Bloomingdale. As winter approaches, please only donate dry goods that can not freeze as the pantry is not temperature controlled. Thank you for your generosity and help.
