To the editor:

First, let me thank the Adirondack Daily Enterprise for the recent tribute for Elizabeth Whipps, it was truly uplifting. I would also like to thank our family/friends for all the emails, texts, phone calls and cards, many hugs and meals (internal hugs).

Thanks to Danielle Tarullo for taking care of the unpleasant aspects of passage. Special thanks to Mark Laske for his strength and compassion through this difficult transition (big hugs brother).

Finally, I would like to thank Liz for literally coming through my door and lifting me up during the darkest time of my life. I’m eternally grateful.

All of Bou’s friends are cordially invited to the house Saturday, Sept. 18 at 3 p.m. for good food, good drink and good memories!
