To the editor:

The Adirondack Artists Guild recently received a second grant from an an anonymous donor, administered by the Saranac Lake Rotary Foundation. We deeply appreciate these thoughtful gifts from the donor or donors.

The gallery at 52 Main St. has been closed for three months, so no one has been able to come in to admire or buy any of our artwork. These large donations have been of immense help in keeping us afloat. We have just begun to reopen gradually, with strict guidelines for visitors. As the summer goes on, our hours of operation will be posted on Facebook, Instagram and on our website, www.adirondackartistsguild.com. Thank you to the donors who care about the well-being of our village and to the Rotary Foundation for facilitating the gifts.
