Rotary blood drive a success
To the editor:
On Oct. 29 the Rotary Club of Tupper Lake sponsored a Red Cross blood drive. The drive was another huge success; enough blood was collected to potentially save up to 153 lives.
There is always a need for blood, but with the increased number of disastrous events occurring in our country nowadays, the need is continually that much greater.
The Rotary Club of Tupper Lake, on behalf of the Red Cross, thanks each person who took the time to donate, each one of our donors perhaps being individually responsible for saving a life.
