New York Supreme Court and Northwood School
To the editor:
Just to let Janet Bliss and both village boards know. The state Supreme Court has ruled against Northwood School on having a dorm in a residential neighborhood.
Therefore Janet Bliss and the village boards are obliged to follow the law and enforce the USE CODES in regards to our residential neighborhoods as to vacation rentals.
In simple terms, vacation rentals violated our zoning codes and if the town’s attorney and both village boards don’t enforce the zoning codes that are on the books they are violating our zoning laws.
